Operational Information

Drivers Uniforms

All drivers are professionally presented wearing a Butes branded uniform unless you would prefer them to wear an alternative uniform during the campaign period. Any laundering costs associated with maintaining uniforms for long term campaigns, and prior to returning uniforms to clients if this is requested will be invoiced back to clients.

Shifts

All shifts are run on a consecutive 8 hour base-to-base schedule. Longer campaign flights can be arranged, POA.

Product Sampling

Butes are equipped with product sampling facilities. We reserve the right to approve all printed materials and samples for distribution prior to campaign commencement. Any permits / licences required for sampling exercises will be invoiced back to clients if applicable.

Post Analysis

All campaigns are followed up with a photographic survey of the campaign activity documenting the Butes on location throughout the campaign and a report on any comments passed back by consumers in regards to the advertising messages being conveyed.

Non Standard Markets

Brisbane and the Gold Coast are classified as home base markets for Butes and do not incur any additional non-standard Market fees. For campaigns that are requested in other QLD regional areas we provide clients with the option to pay an accommodation and meal allowance levy for campaigns that run over a number of days and won't return back to the home base market at the completion of each active day of the campaign. Additional travel costs may also apply in regards to running Butes campaigns in regional areas that require the Butes to travel long distances prior to campaign commencement.

Production Mechanics

Production of the material for Butes must be handled by Butes as we do not accept finished material from third parties due to the precise sizing requirements for installing the Butes wedges on our vehicles.

Installation Mechanics

With each installation new installation costs apply, for example a campaign running each Saturday and Sunday for 4 weeks would be required to pay 4 installation costs, as opposed to a campaign running for 14 days straight which incurs these cost only once.
